To be used with our Mason Bee Hotel rental inserts. This Bee Hotel is made of salvaged Western Red Cedar, it can be attached to the side of your house, shed or fence to provide habitat for Mason and Leafcutter bees.
Paint your house any way you like; match your own home, let your kids decorate, or simply paint with linseed oil to protect the wood from the elements or leave untreated and let it age naturally.
We advise to wait until after the bees have finished nesting and the inserts returned to decorate or treat your Cedar Hotel, as the chemical odours may discourage the bees from nesting.
